At Willow Park Apartments in Forrest Grove, OR, our crew at Wallace Construction stepped into a project that demanded careful control from the first move. The work ran right through the central lane between multiple apartment buildings, with active construction unfolding in a space that offered very little room for error. In a multifamily setting like this, every pass of equipment matters, every stockpile needs a place, and every phase has to move in the right order. This project centered on excavation, utility-related trench work, site prep, and concrete-related preparation. From the visible conditions on site, the middle corridor had already been opened up, with existing surface material removed so underground work could move forward. A long strip of exposed soil stretched between the buildings, pointing to a linear utility installation routed through the property.
